Products meet the requirements as required and in stock, can be exchanged. Haru will send an email or text to confirm

EXCHANGE – RETURN POLICY
 
1.Is goods purchased online eligible for exchange?
 
Yes. HARU allows customers to exchange purchased goods ONLY 1 TIME within 3 DAYS after you receive the package. Please fill out the form completely before contacting us: RETURN FORM.
 
2. What are the exchange conditions?
 
Item(s) delivered by Haru wrong classification, size, color..
 
Item(s) with manufacturing defects, including: (1) Sewing and stitching defects, (2) button failure, (3) defective fabric, (4) damaged buckle, (5) color staining.
 
Item(s) due to customer’s mismatch in size, color, material.
 
The item(s) meets the following 5 conditions: (1) undamaged, (2) odorless, (3) clean, (4) free from deformation and scratches, (5) unwashed, unworn used, (6) with tags/invoices intact.
 
Item(s) purchased through a coupon or promotion >10% cannot be exchanged or returned.
 
3. Can I exchange for different items?
 
You may only exchange item(s) for items of the same or higher price. The cost difference is at your own expense.
 
– Note: Only accept exchange, do not accept refund for any reason, so please understand <3
 
4. What is the shipping fee for the goods?
 
HARU will cover the two-way shipping costs for the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing or order confusion. For other reasons, the two-way shipping costs are borne by you.
